At Regency we have a strong work ethic that aims to provide the best possible service from our team and the highest quality of work, which ultimately gives our customers, building owners and users peace of mind knowing our works will continue to protect their safety for many years to come. Our philosophy is that a property owner should only Pay Once for passive fire protection works and any future fire risk assessments/inspections etc, should not highlight any deficiencies in our installations, unless caused by the activities of others post installation.
Holding ISO 9001 accreditation and maintaining membership of the IFC Certification scheme, ensures we only use certificated and tested products installed within the approved field of application by skilled and competent operatives giving confidence to specifiers, users, occupiers, owners and enforcement bodies. This involves auditing of the installer’s company office, site-based activities and competence assessment of operatives and supervisors. Upon completion and inspection of our installed works, we can issue a ‘Certificate of Conformity’ to warrant our installations and formal records of the works installed, which is recommended by the Building Regulations 38 and 7.
When it comes to the working environment we understand and embrace the importance of developing and maintaining robust safe systems of work ensuring the safest possible working environment is provided for all our employees and anyone affected by our activities. Our in-house management team hold both IOSH & Nebosh qualifications and have unlimited access to independent H&S advisors.
All of our contracts have job and task specific RAMS, which are constantly reviewed and updated when necessary. We operate throughout the UK, recruiting labour and sourcing materials locally where possible, which as well as supporting local communities can lower costs that we are pleased to pass onto our clients. All materials are procured from specialist suppliers and any waste is disposed of using licensed waste carriers.
